Book-Keeping and Management Accounts – We use our many years of experience and bookkeeping expertise to assist business owners to stay in control of their finances by providing good quality, reliable financial information throughout the year. Management Accounts are prepared monthly and provide up to date information for ongoing decision making and financial control over your business. We aim to provide you with a good service that will take the stress out of bookkeeping and leave you free to focus on your business. Samantha Vine Accountancy Services Ltd are a partner of both Quickbooks and Sage. Both offer MTD compliant online accounting software.

MTD for Self Assessment – We support you to register for MTD, set up your bookkeeping on MTD compliant software and file your quarterly and annual MTD for Self Assessment returns for you.

VAT – We ensure that your VAT Returns are prepared, reviewed and filed in good time so that your business remains compliant and avoids penalties. We use MTD compatible software and can assist with registration and deregistration for VAT.

Payroll – We provide monthly payroll services using GDPR compliant software including the option to send your employees their payslips and P60s by email for you and filing of your RTI returns. We can support you to set up company pension schemes and file your pension scheme renewal submissions.

Financial Accounts – We prepare and file annual accounts for sole trader/partnership and incorporated businesses.

Individual/Business/Corporate Tax Returns – We prepare and file annual tax returns for individuals, sole traders, partnerships and incorporated businesses.

Company Secretarial Services – We prepare and file your annual confirmation statements and process Companies House updates including changes in Directors/Shareholdings/PSCs.

ACSP Services for Company Directors – As a registered Authorised Corporate Services Provider (ACSP) we can support Directors to verify their identity with Companies House.

Documents are sent, signed and returned securely using our client portal.

Prices:

Bookkeeping Basic – Bookkeeping service only – from £250 per month

Bookkeeping Plus – Bookkeeping and management accounts – from £400 per month

Bookkeeping Premium – Bookkeeeping, management accounts, MTD VAT Returns or MTD Self Assessment Returns – from £600 per month

Bookkeeping Gold – Bookkeeeping, management accounts, MTD VAT Returns and MTD Self Assessment Returns – from £750 per month

Payroll – monthly payrolls – from £5 per employee per month

Financial Accounts – from £200 per annum (if also a bookkeeping client)

Tax Returns – from £200 per annum (if also a bookkeeping client)

Bookkeeping software is not included and the cost will depend on the package chosen. Our prices are very competitive due to the partnerships we have with the software suppliers.
